This Privacy Policy explains how the Android app Hisab – Smart Finance Calculator (package name in.easystudy.hisab, the "App") handles information. The App is owned and published by Smart Works ("we", "us", "our").
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. You do not need an account, and we never ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or any other identity or financial account information.
- Your calculations stay on your device. All EMI, SIP, SWP, lumpsum, FD, RD, PPF, EPF, NPS, Sukanya Samriddhi, gratuity, HRA, salary, GST, income-tax and planning calculations run entirely on your phone. The amounts you type are never sent to us or to any server.
- Settings and saved items stay on your device. The App stores the following in your phone's private app storage: your language and theme, favourite and recently used calculators, any calculations you choose to Save, and a count of calculations (used only to decide when to show Google Play's rating prompt). We cannot see this data.
- PDF reports and sharing. PDF reports are created on your phone. They leave your phone only if you choose to share or save them using Android's share or print options.
2. Advertising
The App is free and is supported by ads. Ads are served by:

To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these partners may automatically collect the following from your device. This data goes directly to them, and we do not receive or store it:

Your choices about ads
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): where the law requires it, the App shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy options.
- Personalised ads: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads or Settings → Google → Ads).
- Rewarded ads are optional. Watching a short video ad unlocks the PDF report and the full month-wise loan table for a limited time. If no ad is available, the feature unlocks anyway.
3. Permissions
- Internet and network state: to load ads and open links (this privacy policy, the Play Store page).
- Advertising ID (
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): used by the ad SDKs as described above.
The App does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, SMS, call logs or precise (GPS) location.
4. Google Play services
The App may show Google Play's in-app rating prompt, which Google handles entirely. We do not receive your rating, review or account details.
5. Data retention and deletion
- Data stored on your phone stays there until you delete it. You can remove saved calculations in the Saved tab (swipe to delete, or Clear all). Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes everything.
- If Android's own device backup is turned on in your phone's settings, Android may back up the App's settings to your Google account and restore them when you reinstall. This is controlled by you and Google, not by us.
- For data collected by ad partners, use the controls in section 2 and the partners' own privacy policies.
6. Children
The App is a personal finance tool meant for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Security
We do not run servers that receive your data. Communication between the App and the ad partners uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
8. Disclaimer
Results are for estimation only and are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Tax rules and interest rates change. Please check with your bank, the Income Tax Department or a qualified professional before making decisions. The App does not offer, arrange or facilitate loans or any other financial product.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

गोपनीयता नीति (हिन्दी)
यह नीति बताती है कि Android ऐप हिसाब – स्मार्ट फ़ाइनेंस कैलकुलेटर (पैकेज in.easystudy.hisab) जानकारी को कैसे संभालता है। यह ऐप Smart Works का है और उसी द्वारा प्रकाशित है।
1. हम कौन-सी जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं
- हम कोई भी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी एकत्र, संग्रहीत, बेचते या साझा नहीं करते। कोई खाता, नाम, ई-मेल, फ़ोन नंबर, PAN, आधार या बैंक विवरण नहीं माँगा जाता।
- सभी गणनाएँ (EMI, SIP, FD, PPF, EPF, NPS, GST, इनकम टैक्स आदि) केवल आपके फ़ोन पर होती हैं। आपके आँकड़े किसी सर्वर पर नहीं भेजे जाते।
- भाषा, थीम, पसंदीदा, हाल ही में उपयोग किए गए कैलकुलेटर और आपके द्वारा सहेजी गई गणनाएँ केवल आपके फ़ोन में रहती हैं। हम इन्हें नहीं देख सकते।
- PDF रिपोर्ट आपके फ़ोन पर बनती है और केवल तभी बाहर जाती है जब आप उसे शेयर या सेव करते हैं।
2. विज्ञापन
ऐप मुफ़्त है और इसमें Google AdMob और Unity Ads (AdMob मीडिएशन के माध्यम से) के विज्ञापन दिखाए जाते हैं। ये विज्ञापन भागीदार अपनी गोपनीयता नीतियों के अनुसार विज्ञापन ID, IP पते से अनुमानित स्थान, डिवाइस जानकारी, विज्ञापन पर क्लिक/व्यू और डायग्नोस्टिक डेटा एकत्र कर सकते हैं। यह डेटा सीधे उन्हें जाता है, हमें नहीं।
- EEA, UK और स्विट्ज़रलैंड में, विज्ञापन से पहले Google का सहमति फ़ॉर्म दिखाया जाता है। आप सेटिंग्स → विज्ञापन गोपनीयता विकल्प में अपनी पसंद कभी भी बदल सकते हैं।
- आप फ़ोन की सेटिंग्स में अपना विज्ञापन ID रीसेट/हटा सकते हैं या वैयक्तिकृत विज्ञापन बंद कर सकते हैं।
- रिवॉर्डेड विज्ञापन देखना वैकल्पिक है। विज्ञापन उपलब्ध न होने पर भी सुविधा अनलॉक हो जाती है।
3. अनुमतियाँ
ऐप केवल इंटरनेट (विज्ञापन और लिंक खोलने के लिए) और विज्ञापन ID की अनुमति का उपयोग करता है। यह संपर्क, कैमरा, माइक्रोफ़ोन, फ़ोटो, फ़ाइलें, SMS या सटीक (GPS) स्थान का उपयोग नहीं करता।
4. डेटा हटाना
सहेजी गई गणनाएँ आप सहेजे गए टैब में हटा सकते हैं। ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करने या उसका स्टोरेज साफ़ करने पर सारा डेटा हट जाता है।
5. बच्चे
यह ऐप वयस्कों के लिए एक वित्तीय टूल है और 13 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए नहीं है।
6. अस्वीकरण
परिणाम केवल अनुमान के लिए हैं, यह वित्तीय सलाह नहीं है। यह ऐप कोई लोन या वित्तीय सेवा प्रदान नहीं करता।
